A MESSAGE FROM OUR CHAPTER PRESIDENT
We are the “Biggest Little Chapter in Nevada” to quote a phrase.
Welcome to Chapter 305 Reno STAR Touring & Riding webpage.
We are glad you stopped by to see what we are all about. While our name says Reno, we welcome all riders from Lake Tahoe to Yerington to Carson City to Fallon and anywhere in-between! If you are new to the area or have lived in the area your entire life and are curious about riding safely with others or with a group who also love to ride I encourage you to contact us to say Hi and introduce yourself (Click on the Bike)
We are one of the smaller STAR chapters and we love to ride and we would love for you to check us out.
While we love to ride, we also love to give back to those less fortunate. We support the Reno VA Medical Center and work with local schools to ensure our Veterans are remembered. 305 Reno has also donated and participates in Wreaths across America at the Northern Nevada Veterans Memorial Cemetery in Fernley, NV.
As often as logistically possible, we enjoy meeting up and riding alongside many of our brothers & sisters at nearby STAR chapters in California and the west coast. These include STAR chapters from 461 Feather River, 445 NAPA, 153 Sacramento, 103 Hayward Fault, 302 Redding, 395 Chico and look forward to even more laughs and stories. Just remember the journey is why we ride and the friends we make are the reason we belong.
We are excited about the ride schedule for 2020 and are looking forward to meeting both new and familiar faces. So if you’ve been riding by yourself and want to be a part of something larger with Safety as a priority, give us a shout and say Hi! (more info) STAR Touring & Riding is a family organization and we welcome everyone to make some new friends as we share a few new adventures.
